Being a life long resident of Pt Pleasant Beach made selling homes along the shore nothing but a dream job. For the past twenty years, I have been blessed to not only work with outstanding clients and friends, but work in an industry with other extremely talanted professionals, ranging from attorneys, inspectors, builders, tradesmen and mortgage representatives.
The business of selling real estate to me is more about relationship building, than work. Being able to find the perfect house for someone, or to represent a seller that is in need of assistance has never been seen as a job to me, but as an opportuntiy to help someone in a verify personal way.
My work in real estate has also afforded me with the ability to maximise the most valuable thing in the world," time". The ablility to be able to have a flexible schedule and be able to spend more time with my wife and children, as they grew up was invaluable. Real estate sales has also been a great way to give back to my community, and with extra time I was also fortunate enough to be able to coach wrestling in Pt Pleasant Beach for over twenty five years.
I take pride in my work, as well as the company I work for. Being introduced to United Real Estate, just a few years ago, gave me a new fresh look on my business, as far as work model goes. It is a cutting edge company, that has its clients and agents success imbedded in its infrastructure and together with the culmination of technology, I feel a very secure and brighter professional future.

Paul launched his career as Real Estate Broker at the Jersey Shore more than thirty years ago. He spent his time gaining expertise in all aspects of Real Estate sales, development and brokerage. As a dedicated Real Estate Professional, Paul keeps abreast of the constant changes to the industry and plots the course for his office accordingly. When Paul came upon United, he studied the brand and what benefit there would be for his Agent’s. Taking into consideration the 90-year history of innovation, the strength of its executives that are tops in the field and the “United Freedom Plan”, that provides 100 % Support, 100% Training and 100% Commissions to its agents. Paul realized that it was time for a United Real Estate office to open in Ocean County. With United, dedicated Agents have the opportunity to earn more money, which gives them the control to determine the growth and direction of their business, while having the full support of the Broker and the entire United staff. It is Paul’s feelings that United Real Estate is a perfect blend of Tradition and Technology, with a huge dose increased earnings thrown into the mix. Once you see the difference, I’m sure you’ll agree.
